Orders & Shipping

Q: How long does shipping take?

A: All orders are shipped directly from our workshop partners. Delivery usually takes 7–14 business days, depending on your location. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order has shipped so you can follow your saber’s journey.

Q: Do you offer free shipping?

A: Yes, we provide Free Worldwide Shipping on all orders.

Q: Will I have to pay customs or import fees?

A: For EU customers, VAT is already included in the price. For countries outside the EU, customs duties or import taxes may apply depending on your local regulations.

Q: What’s the difference between S-RGB, SN Pixel, and Proffie?


  • S-RGB: Built for durability and dueling, with bright colors and responsive sound.

  • SN Pixel: Screen-accurate cinematic glow with dynamic blade effects.

  • Proffie: Fully customizable open-source board with advanced sound fonts, ignition styles, and blade animations.

Q: Can I choose different blade lengths?

A: Yes. You can select your preferred blade length when adding your saber to the cart.

Q: Do the sabers come with a charger?

A: Yes, all sabers include a charger in the package.

Warranty & Returns

Q: Do you offer a warranty?

A: Yes, all sabers include a 1-year limited warranty covering electronics and workmanship. If a blade or core is defective, we’ll arrange a replacement or repair at no cost. Warranty does not cover damage from misuse, heavy dueling beyond intended use, or unauthorized modifications.

Q: Can I return my order if I change my mind?

A: Due to the custom nature of sabers, we cannot accept returns for change of mind. Returns are only accepted if the product arrives damaged or defective.

Q: How do I request a return or repair?

A: Contact our customer support with your order number and a description of the issue. If necessary, we’ll provide instructions on where to send the saber for inspection or replacement.

Q: Can I use the sabers for dueling?

A: Yes. Our sabers are designed to handle light to medium dueling. For heavy dueling, we recommend S-RGB sabers, which are built for maximum durability.

Q: Do the sabers make sound?

A: Absolutely. All sabers include responsive sound effects synchronized with your movements, clashes, and ignition.

Q: Can I customize my saber later?

A: Yes. Proffie sabers allow for full customization of sound fonts and blade styles. Blade replacements and upgrades are also available.
