- Orders are shipped directly from our workshop partners and typically arrive within 7–14 business days depending on location.
- Every order comes with a tracking number so you can follow your saber’s journey.
Returns & Exchanges
- We want you to love your saber. If your product arrives damaged or defective, we will arrange a replacement or repair at no cost to you.
- Returns for other reasons (change of mind, etc.) are not accepted due to the custom nature of sabers.
- Orders can be canceled or changed before shipping. Once shipped, they cannot be changed or withdrawn.
Warranty
- All sabers come with a 1-year limited warranty covering electronics and workmanship.
- Warranty does not cover damage from misuse, dueling beyond intended use, or unauthorized modifications.
